What's your pleasure?

There are natural places in this world so sublime, so stately, so gobsmacking as to befuddle the best efforts of poets and painters alike. And high on that lofty list, Yosemite Valley, a must-see destination for visitors from around the world.

Yosemite Dreams is our 2.5-acre American dream right here at the doorstep of Yosemite National Park. This is our place of reflection, of words and music, of joy -- a celebration of quietude in a raucous world. We invite you to share our space with the natural critters that called this land home long before we dared dream. Come walk our paths. Discover your perfect perch in the sun. Feel the morning coffee warm and wake you. Find your bliss, inside and out.

On site, we offer a variety of possibilities such as workshops in yoga, food and nutrition, healing, gardening, jewelry-making, writing and the sacred art of brewing beer! We also offer excursion packages into the park in photography, videography, writing, and yoga. Ask, and we'll tailor an experience to your interests.

The town of Oakhurst, (pop. 13,800) is just two miles away. The town offers a variety of dining experiences; everything from fine dining at Erna's Elderberry House to the simple tasty fare at South Gate Brewing Co. We have a first-run movie theater, a community theater, and three grocery stores.

We sit among the rich history of Gold Country foothills just 30 minutes from Yosemite’s south gate and 10 minutes from Bass Lake. Outdoor activities are nearly limitless; mountain biking, hiking, back-country backpacking, kayaking, swimming, tubing, rock-climbing... We have bikes, kayaks and a paddle board available for guests for a fee.

Yosemite Dreams sits at an elevation of 2,500 feet. Weather is temperate here with warm summers, cool dry falls, cold winters with a few snowfalls, and glorious soft-rain springs. While summer is clearly high tourist season, Yosemite National Park offers year-round access, opening opportunities for crowd-free explorations of the Yosemite Valley and the backcountry.
